Making Art is therapeutic!
Perhaps you are seeing that too.
This is what I call the BEST therapy. Being by the water with time to paint.
Here are two recent examples of some "feel better" art.
The poinsettia below was just emailed to me. Tanya is in the challenge, and she said: "Thanks so much for bringing more peace to my holidays"
The sweet cone flower on the right was Julie's painting last week, where she told me she just felt better doing it.
