Upon purchasing a class, you will be prompted to create a password to login to your account. Access to all materials are through your account and have no limit or expiration. You will have access to your purchases for as long as the material is hosted on the website.  The class content is intended only for individuals and may only be shared with members of a single household.

By accepting these terms, you agree not to share or transmit your login username or password to anyone outside of your physical, local household (Primary and High School teachers and Home schoolers can contact us for group access, discounts and scholarships at: elaineallenart@gmail.com).

You further agree that you will not use any robot, spider or other device, process or means to access StartInArt.com, and that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works or publicly display any content from Elaine Allen Art without the prior express written permission of Elaine Allen Art.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF Elaine Allen Art ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WHETHER BY CONTRACT OR TORT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PARTICIPANT PAID Elaine Allen Art and representatives.
